For the World Peace Choral Festival, held in Vienna from July 22 to July 25, Gottfried von Einem’s song “Music is Light in the Ears” from the cycle “Unterwegs” op. 82 was chosen as part of the overall repertoire for all choirs participating. The best presentation will be awarded a Gottfried von Einem Prize sponsored by the Gottfried von Einem Music Foundation
